I’m 25 years old and have been masturbating since I was 15. In fact, when I was around 9-10, I used to stretch my foreskin and place my penis under running tap water and after a while, it would result in an altogether different feeling. Although you have been asked this question many times, my penis measures about 2-3 inches when not erect and about 5-6 when fully erect. I know that I can’t do anything about it, but is it ‘short’? See a doctor to treat the lesions and to decide whether you need a circumcision. The length of your penis is more than adequate.
